Air New Zealand Boarding Buddy is a stress free way for you to receive information about your departure flight from the convenience of your mobile phone. This new service is FREE and is available for all UK customers commencing their journey from London Heathrow on Air New Zealand.
Once signed up to this service you will receive:
Real time flight information on the day of your flight
Check-in opening time and location
Delay notifications

How Boarding Buddy works
Once subscribed to this service you will receive detailed information about your departure flight.
  • 5 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, we'll text you your departing terminal, check-in opening time and location.
  • 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, we'll text you up to two relevant offers from airport retailers, exclusive for Air New Zealand customers. Your chance to shop with great savings at duty free prices!
  • When its time to board, we'll send you a final text inviting you to make your way to the departure gate.

Should your Air New Zealand flight be delayed by more than 60 minutes we'll let you know immediately. Providing your flight is not delayed, you will receive no more than 4 text messages before flying.
